FAQ

Welcome to our FAQ page, where I've tried to answer your most commonly asked questions. If you have any more questions that aren't listed on this page, please feel free to contact us.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders of ready-made items only, will be sent within 5 working days. If ordered alongside a custom order, please be aware your order will be shipped in one package and will be shipped once the custom order has been made.

Some of our items are custom and made to order. We aim to process all orders within 21 days, however, orders may be sent out sooner and will depend on how quickly we get through our list. If you are likely to be moving house within this time frame, please get in touch to let us know and we will be able to work with you in finding the best place to send your order.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Yes of course! We offer returns and exchanges on all of our products, except for custom orders and/or products that are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons such as earrings. If something is non-returnable for this reason, it will be noted in the description of the item on the product page. For our full returns policy, please click here.

The item I want is sold out, will it be back in stock?

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Most of our items are made from deadstock and vintage fabrics or even fabric scraps and because of this, some products may not come back into stock.
If you have your eye on something that is sold out, please let us know and we’ll see if we can help!

Can I cancel my order?

We allow 24 hours for orders to be cancelled once the order has been placed. After this time period, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, as it may have already been cut or the manufacturing may have already begun. Please drop us an email and we'll see if we can help with any concerns though!

I'm ordering from outside of the EU, will I be charged customs/import duties etc?

International deliveries may be subject to customs searches and as a result, customs charges/import duties and taxes.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes/any other charges that may apply and we are not responsible for delays or charges once the package is in transit.

Unfortunately, this is out of our hands and something we can't work around.

Who made my clothes?

I did! I am a seamstress and fashion designer, I have been sewing for myself, friends and family for the last 13 years and finally made the decision to set up my shop. Your orders have all been designed, pattern cut, and made in house by me.

Where are your fabrics from?

Almost all of our fabrics are hand sourced vintage, deadstock and second-hand fabrics. I love giving these fabrics a second shot at life and creating one of a kind pieces out of them. A lot of the tops are also made out of second-hand and vintage men’s shirts personally sourced by me aswell. Which means I don’t always know the exact origins and contents of the fabrics, I try to go for mostly natural fibers such as cotton but sometimes polyester or viscose will also be used.

Where do you get your sewing patterns?

I draft all my own sewing patterns. I currently don’t sell these but maybe one day in the future!

Do you plan on extending your sizing range?

We now create from a UK size 4 to a UK size 24 as standard, however if you are outside of this size range, please get in touch and i'll be happy to discuss custom options with you!

If you have any more questions or think something should be added to this list, please get in touch. We'd love to hear from you!
